The hearing tonight is before the Edmond Planning Commission and held at 20 South Littler, City Council Chambers, Edmond City Hall. Meeting time: 5:30 Meeting date: Tuesday, May 17, 2011Try to make personal contact with the decision makers through calls, emails, personal visits. Maintain cordial/professional discussions at all times. Threats are ineffective. Tell the decision makers our story. Have as many people from our addition there as possible. Numbers count, so packing the council chambers will have an effect. Emphasize that undersized houses will be crammed onto small lots. Bring to light the impact that such a large amount of homes within a small area will have on water and sewer resources. Ask for a Community Connections meeting.
