Brookhaven Bylaws

Bylaws govern how many officers there will be, how the board is established and basically how a corporation conducts business. The 2010 board found that there were no bylaws for the Brookhaven Homeowners Association of Edmond, Inc. The board contacted the Association’s attorney Matthew Winton for a good bylaw template along with his recommendations. That template has been changed over the last three or four board meetings to fit the needs of Brookhaven Assocation.
These bylaws were adopted at the board meeting March 25, 2011 and Amended July 3, 2013.
