Brookhaven board meeting is planned for Wednesday, January 15, 2014, 7:00 PM at president’s home, 2205 Brookhaven Ct. We will be discussing and approving a 2014 budget.
This fall, the Great Pumpkin has been spotted at the Brookhaven entrances. Unfortunately, since there were no volunteers for the Events Committee then there will be no Halloween Party in the Park this year. If you’re interested in the event committee contact the officers. Thank you
Due to over an inch of rain Saturday morning there were very few garage sales and very few shoppers at the sales that opened. To give everyone another chance to have a sale, we will leave the signs up at the entrances until Oct 5th.
My next door neighbor has lost a German Shepherd named Ruger. He is about 80 lbs and very gentle dog. He escaped about 11AM today, July 20th. If you have information about him, call Caitlyn at 405-202-8709.
We will have our annual Easter egg hunt in Brookhaven Park, this Saturday at 3:00 PM. Thank you to the volunteers who helped make this happen!
If you read the last newsletter and were considering volunteering, please call soon. Without volunteers the ‘Easter in the Park’ will not happen next Saturday. We continue to offer this event because it is small enough for parents to keep an eye on their kids. The crowds at ‘community wide’ egg hunts have grown too…
