The following is a list of the Brookhaven HOA Committees and the Committee leads. Those who are living in Brookhaven that are interested in serving on any of these Committees, please contact Allen Smith at president@brookhavennorth.org.
Architectural Review/Covenant Committee:
The ARC consists of three (3) Active Members, of whom a majority are Members, appointed by the Board. The ARC oversees the conformity and harmony of any Modifications with the Plat, setback lines, and Covenants on Lots located in Brookhaven North.
Beautification:
The Beautification Committee is responsible for planning programs that conserve, enhance, and protect the Common Area. The Common Area is comprised of the frontages and entrances along Bryant and Covell.
Communications (Newsletter & Website):
The Communications Committee is responsible for preparing newsletters and other notices, maintaining the Association webpage, and disseminating information through these and other mediums to inform the Active Members of Association business matters and activities.
Events:
The Events Committee is responsible for planning programs to encourage the interaction and involvement of Brookhaven North residents.
Welcoming:
The Welcoming Committee is responsible for assisting new residents in settling into their Lots and becoming a part of the Association by means of, among other things, a welcome letter, a copy of the applicable Brookhaven North Covenants and Bylaws and other information as deemed appropriate by the Committee.
