At the January 15th, 2014 Board Meeting the sign policy for the entrances was updated as follows:

Rental Signs:  Rental signs at entrances are not allowed.  Like home sales, there are always homes for rent in the neighborhood, if we allow signs during the entire duration of rental listings then there would again be a clutter of signs.
