In addition to the covenants, in 2016 the Board adopted a fee schedule for specific assessments which covers covenant violations on mandatory properties. On August 6, 2020, the Brookhaven Board increased the fee schedule for specific assessments. The following notice was sent to all mandatory owners of record at that time. Basically, the Covenant Committee may assess $150 per month for unresolved covenant violations on lots with mandatory provision, with incremental increases of $50 per month until such violations are resolved.
